Wishing to Exercise their Right to Choose

How to get a referral

You do not need to manage this alone. Simply ask your GP to refer you to "KT Healthcare" for an autism or ADHD assessment.

Step 1

Speak to your GP

Book an appointment to discuss your concerns.

Clearly state that you would like to exercise your legal "Right to Choose" to be referred to KT Healthcare for an autism assessment. If you wish, you can use our Right to Choose letter template.

Step 2

Request the Referral

Ask your GP to email a standard referral letter to referrals@kirsoptaylorhealthcare.com

Tell your GP they can download ready-made referral templates from the Refer a Patient page on our website.

Always happy to help

“KT Healthcare have been so helpful during the whole process of assessing my son for autism. They’ve been responsive to all of my emails, and always happy to answer any of my queries. The whole process has been smooth, I would highly recommend.”

Neuro-affirming, female-centered assessment

“Neurodiversity affirming adult female autism assessment via right to choose – thoroughly supportive and affirming of differences rather than highlighting things that were “wrong”. Short wait for all stages of assessment. Lovely and highly skilled clinicians. Would definitely recommend.”

Detailed report, expertise, and sensitive approach

“We just wanted to express our sincere thanks for the time, care, and professionalism you showed while assessing our child. We truly appreciate the thoughtful and thorough way you approached the assessment and the detail in your report has been incredibly helpful to us. Your views have given us a much better understanding of her needs and how we can best support her moving forward. It’s clear how much care and expertise went into your work, and we are very grateful for the sensitivity you showed throughout the assessment.”
